HOW DOES IT WORK
- 1. You would have received a link in an email asking for payment. Click that link will add a payment request to the shopping cart.
- 2. Checkout in the shopping cart as normal, you may allready have an account with us, if so please use your original account.
- 3. Once payment has been provided, we will action the return of your machine if required.
NOTE:In shopping cart please select the zero price shipping option. eg. £0.00

Your machine will be returned to you is the same packaging as it was received.
We use next working day curier return, which will be actioned as soon as posible. If you have any spific date you would like us to arrange return delivery please inform us.

We use DPD, Yodel and Royal Mail to ensure the best possible delivery service to our customers. Free Standard Delivery is available on orders over £30.00. Delivery will be charged for orders under £30.00 depending on the item size and weight.
Standard delivery times are between 8am – 6pm within 2-3 working days of your order being placed excluding Sundays and public holidays.
Delivery of an order is subject to stock availability. If an item is out of stock, our Customer Service team will be in touch as soon as possible to let you know.
Deliveries to a non-mainland UK address and remote locations (such as the Scottish Isles, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland, and the Scottish Highlands) may take a bit longer to reach you.
We'll do everything we can to meet the delivery time specified. However, delivery times may occasionally be affected by factors beyond our control and cannot be guaranteed. We will let you know if we become aware of any unexpected delays.
